The ADVANTAGE Hemorrhage Control Bundle integrates two of 6:8 Medical Solutions' flagship Popp Point Pressure™ devices into one deployable kit. It was designed by Command Sergeant Major and elite SOF Medic Uriah Popp, who identified a critical gap in conventional hemorrhage control: while tourniquets effectively address extremity bleeding, and pressure dressings provide circumferential compression, neither delivers the targeted downward pressure needed to stop bleeding from compressible non-extremity sites — armpits, groin, neck, and amputated limb stumps.

The Advantage® Pressure Bar uses patented P3D technology to lock in directed point pressure over a wound site, freeing the provider's hands for other critical care tasks. The three included pressure heads (multiple sizes) allow targeting of different wound diameters and anatomical locations. Compatible with all CoTCCC-recommended tourniquets, wraps, and non-pressure bandages, it integrates seamlessly into existing hemorrhage control protocols. The 8-year shelf life makes it well-suited for pre-positioned emergency kits and vehicle medical loadouts.
