The Chase Tactical JOEY Utility Pouch is designed for a specific and frequently overlooked real estate zone on most plate carriers: the space beneath the front flap or cummerbund attachment point. Most carriers have a large Velcro loop field on the interior or rear of the front flap that is used for soft armor retention or patch attachment. The JOEY attaches to this Velcro loop field using its hook-back surface, hanging in the "kangaroo pouch" position directly beneath the front panel — where it is immediately accessible, completely concealed from the front when the carrier is worn, and adds zero MOLLE footprint to the external vest surface.
The two-pocket organization separates mission items by size and access frequency. The larger main compartment with zipper closure accommodates a compact radio (Motorola CLP/DTR series, Baofeng UV-5R), a folded trauma dressing, a phone, a compact medical kit, or similar larger flat accessories.
