Product Overview
The JETT® Junctional Emergency Treatment Tool is a CoTCCC-recommended junctional tourniquet designed for life-threatening inguinal and high-thigh hemorrhage where standard limb tourniquets cannot be placed. At 1 lb 8 oz and packaged in a 5.5" × 7" × 3.75" envelope, the JETT is significantly larger and heavier than an extremity tourniquet — making organized external carry on an aid bag preferable to interior pack storage where it might shift, compress other supplies, or be difficult to retrieve rapidly.
The JETT Pack solves this with a dedicated nylon carrier that PALS/MOLLE-mounts directly to the exterior of any standard aid bag, medic pack, or tactical carrier. The JETT is secured in the main compartment while two internal mesh pouches organize the TCD accessories — hand pumps, auxiliary straps, or TCD extenders — keeping the complete JETT system in one accessible location. The external carry position means the JETT can be accessed without opening or disturbing the primary bag contents, reducing retrieval time in a mass casualty or time-critical scenario. Both Black and Coyote Tan colorways are available to match standard tactical kit color schemes.
