Product Overview

The MOJO® Belt Holster Bleeder Kit w/SWAT-T packages the same reliable MOJO® belt carrier with the SWAT-T (Stretch, Wrap And Tuck Tourniquet) — a unique elastic band device designed by a former Special Operations medic. Unlike rigid windlass tourniquets, the SWAT-T applies graduated circumferential pressure through sequential elastic wrapping, allowing it to function as a tourniquet on extremities, a pressure dressing for junctional or non-extremity wounds, and an elastic bandage for wound management. This multi-role capability makes the SWAT-T variant of the MOJO kit particularly useful for responders who want a single device adaptable to multiple hemorrhage control scenarios.

The SWAT-T's application method — Stretch, Wrap, And Tuck — is designed for intuitive use by bystanders and minimally trained personnel, making it a preferred choice for civilian public access kits and community first responder programs. At 4 oz and packing flat to 6" × 3" × ½", it occupies minimal space within the MOJO® pouch alongside the hemostatic gauze and gloves, keeping the total kit compact at 3.25" × 6" × 2.5". The SWAT-T's elastomeric construction allows use on pediatric limbs, irregular anatomy, and wounds that are not accessible to rigid tourniquet windlass mechanisms.

The MOJO® pouch mounts on any standard 2" duty belt via vertical belt loops, and on MOLLE/PALS surfaces via the integrated MOLLE compatibility. The high-visibility red pull strap ensures rapid, one-handed pouch opening under stress or with gloves. The complete kit is Berry Amendment–compliant and made in the USA — meeting procurement requirements for government and law enforcement purchasers. For windlass-tourniquet variants, see the MOJO® Bleeder Kit with TMT™. For complete public access bleeding control kits and hemorrhage control solutions, see MED-TAC's full catalog.

SWAT-T Application — Stretch, Wrap and Tuck

  1. S — Stretch: Unfold the SWAT-T and stretch it to approximately 50% elongation before beginning wrapping. The stretch indicators on the device guide appropriate tension.
  2. W — Wrap: Begin wrapping the stretched elastic 2–3 inches above the wound site, overlapping each layer by approximately 50%. For extremity tourniquets, continue wrapping up the limb until bleeding stops.
  3. A — And: Continue wrapping, maintaining consistent tension throughout.
  4. T — Tuck: Tuck the end of the wrap under the last layer to secure it without clips or adhesive.
  5. T — Tourniquet: Monitor for effective hemorrhage control; verify cessation of bleeding distal to the application site.
