The SnakeStaff Snakeskin PRO is the premium tourniquet carrier in the SnakeStaff Systems ecosystem, purpose-designed for the SnakeStaff ETQ (Elastic Tourniquet). Unlike hard-sided rigid cases or conventional nylon MOLLE pouches, the Snakeskin PRO uses an elastic sleeve body that conforms to the compressed ETQ, keeping it slim and snag-free while providing multiple carry modes in a single integrated design. The integral Tegris OWB belt loop is a hard carbon-fiber polymer that ranges from 1.5 to 2 inches in width, fitting standard tactical and casual carry belts while providing a rigid mounting surface for a secure, rattle-free carry.
Two ETQ width versions are available: Standard Width (1.0 inch), designed for slim everyday carry where a minimal profile is the priority, and Wide Width (1.5 inch), which matches the strap width of traditional combat tourniquets like the C-A-T® Gen 7 and provides more even pressure distribution over the limb — important for extended tourniquet times or wider limbs. The Wide Width is also the recommended version for belt or sling mounting due to its more stable profile.
The base Snakeskin PRO model does not include the Discreet Carry Clip (DCC) hardware that enables IWB pocket-clip carry — the Clip Hardware Kit must be added via the product drop-down. Users who already own DCC clips for other gear do not need to add the kit. Beyond tourniquet carry, the elastic sleeve accommodates compact EDC items including extra pistol magazines (especially for compact pistols), Leatherman multi-tools, and small tactical flashlights — making this an effective EDC organizer as well as a tourniquet carrier.
