The Eberlestock Medic Pouch Large is part of Eberlestock's Mission EMOD (Rip-Away Medical Pouch) system — an American-made tactical accessory line designed around speed, security, and customizable organization. The Large model provides significantly more interior space than its Small counterpart, making it suitable for medics and operators who carry supplemental supplies beyond the individual IFAK standard.
The rip-away mechanism is the defining feature: strong Velcro backing allows the pouch to be instantly detached from the MOLLE anchor panel with a single grab-and-pull motion — ideal for rapidly transferring the medical kit to a treatment surface, handing off to another responder, or converting from an on-vest IFAK to a hand-carried trauma kit. The loop handle also allows the pouch to be locked onto the MOLLE panel to prevent unintentional detachment during movement.
Laser-cut holes on the interior panel enable fully customizable organization — users can route elastic cord through any combination of holes to create custom retention configurations specific to their preferred supply layout. Elastic webbing and internal lash points provide additional attachment options.
