Product Overview

The M11 Aid Bag by 6:8 Medical Solutions was designed by medical professionals who identified the specific failure modes of generic tactical bags in casualty care environments: supplies shift during movement and can't be found under pressure, the bag can't lie flat for a working surface, there's no way to move a casualty without a separate litter, and external tourniquet access requires digging into the main compartment. The M11 addresses each of these problems with purpose-built engineering.

At the core of the design is the patented interlock / key-lock immediate medical equipment support system — a shock-cord-routed internal board that secures supplies in their assigned positions regardless of how the bag is oriented during movement, jumping, vehicle operations, or CASEVAC. When the bag opens clamshell-style, it presents a fully flat, structured workspace with three removable clear inner pouches (visual identification without opening), three removable opaque inner pouches (reconfigurable to protocol), and a lower hanger pouch for bulkier items — all simultaneously visible and immediately accessible from a single opening.

Four exterior tourniquet holders on the bag's shell provide grab-and-go hemorrhage control access without opening the main compartment — critical during Care Under Fire when there is no time to open a bag. The rear FLDS pocket, when populated with the compatible litter (sold separately), provides flat-fold drag-litter capability integrated into the bag itself, eliminating the need for a separate casualty-movement device in environments where rapid extraction is required.

Available in Multicam, Coyote, and Ranger Green, the M11 is built for prehospital care, tactical medicine, wilderness medicine, disaster response, and austere environments. Medical supplies are not included; the bag is designed to be loaded according to the operator's specific kit list and protocols.

Internal Organization Layout

  • 3× removable clear inner pouches — visual identification of contents without opening
  • 3× removable opaque inner pouches — reconfigurable by mission or protocol
  • Patented interlock board — shock cord routing prevents supply shift during transport
  • Lower hanger pouch — dedicated space for bulkier items
  • Outer zippered pocket — quick access to administrative/support items
  • 4× exterior tourniquet holders — immediate hemorrhage control access
  • Rear FLDS litter pocket — flat-fold drag litter integration (litter sold separately)
