The polypropylene construction provides genuine rigidity without excess bulk or weight. Application Notes

Measure the distance from the chin to the top of the sternum to determine the appropriate collar height setting. With the patient supine or seated, slide the Patriot Collar into position with the chin support centered, select the desired height adjustment, and secure. The essentially flat, open-panel design makes the collar easy to apply from the front without log-rolling the patient. This feature is particularly valuable in confined spaces, vehicle extrication, or when spinal motion restriction must be maintained throughout extrication.
