The SKEDCO PJ Sked® Rescue System with Cobra Quick Release Buckles is a narrowed-profile version of the legendary Sked® SK-200, engineered specifically for Air Force Pararescuemen (PJs) operating in confined spaces, helicopter doors, and building entries. At 28 in. wide (vs. 36 in. standard), it reduces rucksack height by 8 in. while retaining full Sked® functionality — horizontal helicopter hoisting, vertical confined-space lifting, and patient packaging — all with Cobra QR buckles for faster, safer deployment. Price includes CONUS shipping.

Product Overview
The standard Sked® SK-200 stretcher is one of the most versatile rescue systems ever developed — capable of confined-space extrication, high-angle rescue, helicopter hoist operations, and traditional ground-level litter carries. But for Air Force Pararescuemen operating in the tightest possible environments — aircraft door frames, building doorways, tight corridors — the SK-200's 36 in. width creates a clearance problem when the system is packed on a rucksack. The PJ Sked® SK-215C-GR solves this by narrowing the stretcher width to 28 in., reducing packed rucksack height by 8 full inches.
The PJ Sked® comes standard with Cobra Quick Release Buckles — the same MOLLE-proven fastener used in the most demanding military and special operations equipment — enabling significantly faster patient packaging and safer, more controlled release when transferring to receiving care teams. Despite not being formally tested by USAARL for hoisting, Air Force PJs routinely employ the PJ Sked® in helicopter hoist operations, and it is fully compatible with all standard SK-200 accessories including the flotation kit for water rescue applications.
Like all Sked® systems, the PJ Sked® becomes rigid when the patient is packaged — providing protection through demanding confined-space extrications — and rolls for storage in the included Cordura backpack. Manufactured by SKEDCO in the USA, it represents the gold standard of confined-space, technical, and para-rescue patient packaging systems for special operations forces.
