Product Overview

The TacMed™ Drop Leg Pouch was developed by Tactical Medical Solutions — a company with deep roots in military medicine and tactical EMS — for medics and operators who need a versatile, high-capacity medical carry platform that works in multiple configurations. The DLP's convertible design means it functions equally well strapped to the thigh for drop-leg carry or mounted to any MOLLE/PALS vest or plate carrier as a standard large-format pouch.

At 9.5" × 9" × 2", the Drop Leg Pouch provides significantly more real estate than a standard IFAK, accommodating full medic-level equipment including multiple tourniquets, hemostatic dressings, chest seals, airway adjuncts, and IV/IO supplies. The drop-leg position keeps equipment accessible during vehicle operations, kneeling positions, and confined-space work where vest-mounted pouches become difficult to reach.

TacMed offers the DLP both as a standalone pouch and pre-stocked with different levels of medical capability, allowing units to standardize their medical loadout at the individual level. Custom packing configurations are available for specific mission requirements.
