Product Overview
The TacMed™ Operator IFAK XL takes the proven layout of the standard Operator IFAK and scales it up for users who need to carry more components without changing their organizational approach. At 7.5" × 5" × 4", the XL holds significantly more volume than the standard 4.5" × 6.5" × 3" version — enough room for a more complete medic-level loadout that includes chest decomp needles, full-size airways, multiple dressings, and hemostatic agents alongside the core tourniquet and pressure bandage kit.
The full-zip opening design lays the entire interior flat in a single motion, providing simultaneous visual access to everything inside. This is the same approach TacMed uses across their Operator IFAK line and remains one of the fastest access methods for a closed pouch under stress. The interior reinforced webbing maintains organization whether the pouch is full or partially packed, keeping items from shifting during prolonged carry.
The gripper elastic at the bottom of the exterior provides a pre-positioned external tourniquet slot — the same feature found on the standard Operator IFAK. This keeps a CAT or SAM XT accessible for immediate self-aid or buddy-aid without opening the main pouch. The hook-and-loop ID panel on the exterior accommodates blood type patches or MED patch identification. Currently available in Black only from MED-TAC International.
