Product Overview
The TacMed™ Ultralight Poleless Litter shares the same platform specifications as the Phantom® Litter (same open dimensions, capacity, grab point count, and strap configuration), making it the external-carry version of TacMed's ultra-compact individual CASEVAC capability. At a 10 × 7 × 1.5 inch packed footprint, this litter is the smallest poleless platform available with a 450 lb load rating, designed for individual soldiers and medical operators who require CASEVAC capability on every mission without the weight and bulk of conventional evacuation platforms.
Eight grab handles distributed along the litter's length provide ergonomic carry options for personnel of varied heights, enabling smooth transitions between one-person drag, two-person carry, and four-person carry as mission personnel availability changes. The 1.5-inch nylon friction-buckle strap secures the casualty during transport without requiring additional patient care interruption. After the casualty is transferred to a standard litter or MEDEVAC platform, the Ultralight Poleless Litter bag converts to a casualty equipment bag — holding the casualty's gear, weapons, sensitive items, and personal effects to prevent loss during evacuation processing.
