The Gen-2 redesign combines the fast-access pull-down opening of a FATPack-style medical pouch with the systematic organization of Vanquest's PPM/EDCM series — resulting in a 7" × 5.5" × 1.5" package that fits an impressive amount of gear without adding bulk to a plate carrier or tactical belt.
What sets this pouch apart is Vanquest's proprietary Maximizer™ elastic webbing. The staggered and offset stitching pattern achieves a 15.5% increase in storage efficiency over traditional elastic loops with shared stitching. In practical terms, this means a pen, flashlight, marker, or tourniquet fits without binding adjacent items. The gear shelf bottom keeps vertical items — like syringes or markers — upright and accessible without fumbling. Internal AnchorWraps and paracord loops add further attachment options for oddly-shaped items.
The FASTab grab handle is a particularly useful feature in a medical context: you can pull the entire organizer out of a larger bag in one motion, convert it to a standalone carry item, and use the FASTab to open the main compartment without searching for a zipper pull.
