Product Overview
MED-TAC's ECHO Fill Kit represents the advanced-life-support tier of their oxygen fill kit series, assembled with the broader complement of delivery devices needed by ALS-trained first responders and home oxygen users who require expanded treatment capability. The fill kits are assembled in-house by MED-TAC staff — including current and former first responders — following hours of research and field feedback.
The aluminum D cylinder is the standard portable oxygen size for EMS and clinical use, providing significantly more oxygen than the smaller M4 or C cylinders while remaining manageable in weight and size. The variable 0–15 LPM regulator allows flow rate adjustment across the full clinical range: 2 LPM via nasal cannula for mild supplemental oxygen, up to 15 LPM via non-rebreather mask for high-concentration oxygen delivery in acute hypoxia, cardiac events, or toxicological emergencies.
The AMBU bag enables oxygen-enriched manual ventilation for non-breathing patients. The two non-rebreather masks provide high-FiO₂ supplemental oxygen delivery for breathing patients, while the two nasal cannula sets address lower-flow supplemental needs. The Berman airway kit includes oral airway adjuncts for maintaining airway patency. The cylinder wrench ensures the valve can be opened without additional tools in field conditions. This ECHO kit can be purchased as a standalone oxygen kit or added to any MED-TAC bag system.
