The dual QuikClot Combat Gauze LE reflects the IMAK's design philosophy of prioritizing hemostatic capability — CoTCCC-recommended kaolin-impregnated gauze that can address both extremity and junctional wounds that may not be tourniquet-accessible in a cramped aircraft environment. The Beacon™ Chest Seal's strong hydrogel adhesive maintains seal integrity on blood- or sweat-covered skin, critical in the dynamic environment of a moving aircraft or high-altitude insertion zone.
