The Basic tier pairs the SOF® TQ with the OLAES® Modular Bandage, TacMed's versatile trauma dressing that integrates a pressure bandage, elastic wrap, and occlusive dressing in one system. The Intermediate tier upgrades to the OLAES® Hemostatic Bandage, which incorporates HemCon® ChitoGauze® Pro — a chitosan-based hemostatic agent — directly within the OLAES platform for enhanced hemorrhage control in high-bleeding wounds. The Advanced tier adds two HALO® Vented Chest Seals to address penetrating chest wounds and tension pneumothorax, providing a nearly complete MARCH-protocol-capable kit for responders with the training to manage thoracic injuries.
