The TacMed™ Uniformed Medical Kit (UMK) by Tactical Medical Solutions is a covert trauma kit worn under a duty uniform or external armor carrier. Available with a SOF-T-W tourniquet only, or fully stocked with tourniquet, Beacon™ Chest Seal, ESMARK bandage, and compressed or Combat Gauze, it provides concealed hemorrhage control capability for uniformed officers who cannot wear visible external medical pouches.

Product Overview
The TacMed™ Uniformed Medical Kit addresses a gap in law enforcement preparedness: the need for always-available trauma supplies for officers whose uniform or plainclothes assignments prohibit external kit pouches. The UMK's flat, low-profile design allows it to be worn against the body under a duty shirt, inside a concealed armor carrier, or at the small of the back on a garrison belt without printing or discomfort.
The SOF® Tactical Tourniquet Wide (SOFTT-W) included in rescue orange color makes its application immediately apparent to arriving first responders and EMS — a deliberate design choice by Tactical Medical Solutions. The ESMARK bandage is a versatile elastic compression bandage that can function as a pressure dressing, improvised tourniquet for pediatric or small-limb extremities, or wound wrap. The Beacon™ Chest Seal offers a vented or non-vented option for penetrating thoracic trauma management.
