The TMT™ + Eleven-10® RIGID TQ Case Combo solves the most common challenge in tourniquet carry: matching the right tourniquet to the right retention system and getting both together in one purchase. MED-TAC International pairs the Safeguard Medical TMT™ Tourniquet — a U.S. Army–adopted, 2"-wide windlass tourniquet used by more than 30 U.S. Army Brigades — with the Eleven-10® RIGID TQ Case, one of the most respected hard-shell tourniquet carriers in law enforcement and military service.

The Eleven-10® RIGID TQ Case is injection-molded from high-strength nylon polymer, providing a case that maintains its shape under impact, extreme temperatures, and sustained load-bearing. Unlike soft pouches, the RIGID TQ Case holds the tourniquet securely by friction — no straps, buckles, or flaps to operate. Deployment requires a single firm pull on the exposed portion of the tourniquet, achievable with one hand, gloves, or in wet and bloody conditions. A drainage hole at the base prevents water accumulation after immersion. The Blade-Tech TEK-LOK belt attachment fits duty belts up to 2.25" wide and can be adjusted for vertical, horizontal, canted, or inverted carry — allowing operators to optimize tourniquet position for their specific holster setup, duty belt configuration, or personal preference.

The TMT™ Tourniquet complements the RIGID case with its compact folded profile (4.5" L × 2.5" W × 1.85" D) that seats securely within the case's 4.25" H × 2.5" W × 2.75" D interior. The 2"-wide strap achieves arterial occlusion at lower pressures than 1"-constriction designs, and the no-internal-band buckle mechanism eliminates a common failure point found in other tourniquet designs. Limb compatibility from 5¾" to 38" covers all standard adult extremity sizes. The bundle is available in Black (tactical/low-vis) and Orange (high-visibility/training) tourniquet colors, both compatible with the same case hardware.
