Built from prosthetic-grade platinum silicone cast from real human anatomy — including a cadaver-sourced airway that reproduces the pharyngeal and tracheal geometry of an actual adult — it delivers a training experience qualitatively different from a conventional ALS manikin. Emergency services and healthcare educators use it as a primary simulation platform precisely because it is among the closest available approximations to working on a real human body.
The full-body format supports the complete spectrum of ALS interventions: tourniquet application and wound packing for extremity hemorrhage, a removable lower-leg amputation with bleeding capability, thigh and groin wound packing with junctional bleeding, laryngoscopy and tracheal intubation through the cadaver-casted airway, supraglottic airway insertion, BVM ventilation, needle thoracocentesis, chest seal application, IO access at both tibias and bilateral humeral heads, chest compressions, and AED/defibrillator pad application.
