Product Overview
The North American Rescue Medic Trauma Pack — CCRK (Combat Casualty Response Kit®) is the operational standard for tactical medics, combat paramedics, and special operations medical personnel requiring a single-platform, multi-casualty capable trauma system. Unlike squad-level IFAKs designed for individual self-care, the CCRK is a provider-level pack: it contains the airway, hemorrhage, chest, IV access, and splinting capabilities to manage multiple casualties at a scene before evacuation.
The pack platform itself is engineered for sustained operational use. Its light-frame architecture distributes over 1,000 cubic inches of gear while maintaining an ergonomic carry profile via contoured padded shoulder straps, a sternum strap, and side cinch straps that reduce load shift during tactical movement. Silent, sand- and water-resistant zippers eliminate the compromise of audible gear access. Base grommets allow drainage when the pack is exposed to water or high-humidity environments — critical in maritime, jungle, and cold-weather operations. MOLLE/PALS compatibility allows integration with vests, vehicles, and litter systems.
The modular pull-bag organization system means providers can pre-stage gear by clinical priority and access specific bags instantly without unpacking the entire kit. The two C-A-T® Gen 7 tourniquets provide immediate hemorrhage control for up to two limb bleeds; six ETDs and the abdominal trauma dressings address non-limb hemorrhage. The King LT-D supraglottic airway and nasopharyngeal airways cover the full airway management spectrum from simple obstruction to unconscious casualty. Two ARS® needle decompression kits address tension pneumothorax. Four saline lock kits stage the IV access capability. Four NAR T2 Tag® triage cards prepare the medic for multi-casualty management from the moment of opening the pack.
