The LXMB30 Large First Responder Bag is the step-up from Lightning X's LXMB20 Small bag, adding significant dimensional volume to accommodate the full range of BLS supplies including items that the smaller bag cannot: cervical extrication collars, full-size bag-valve masks (BVMs), 36″ roll splints, and additional IV supplies. It is specifically designed to hold everything a rescue squad needs except an oxygen bottle — making it the ideal non-O2 EMS response bag for quick-response units, engine companies, and BLS ambulances.
Double-wall padded construction protects fragile supplies from impact damage during vehicle transport and scene carry. The removable foam dividers in the main compartment are fully customizable — responders cut or arrange dividers to fit their exact supply configuration rather than working around fixed compartments. Extra-large side pockets provide immediate access to items retrieved on almost every call: stethoscopes, BP cuffs, pulse oximeters, and trauma shears — without opening the main compartment.
