Product Overview
Tactical EMTs, combat medics, and operational first responders deliver pre-hospital care in unconventional positions, under time pressure, and with limited visibility. A pack that has to be unpacked to find a chest seal is a liability. The PARATUS Tactical Medical Pack was designed for that context by MED-TAC International — a clinician-founded, veteran-led organization that understands what the platform has to do.
The seven internal modules have clear-view windows so the medic can inventory the pack at a glance and locate items without opening anything — a real time-saver in low light or in bulky gloves. Each module is color-coded by system, so trained muscle memory takes the hand to the right module even when vision is compromised.
The lay-flat design opens the pack to a flat working surface beside the patient — no propping the bag open while rummaging, and two providers can access different sections at once. The removable field-surgery pouch detaches for forward surgical elements that need a deployable instrument carry at the treatment site. Exterior tourniquet retention straps stage the most time-critical TCCC intervention for immediate access.
