The Tasmanian Tiger First Responder Move-On MK II is a two-part modular medic pack system designed around a simple operational insight: not every patient encounter requires your full kit, and every pound you carry you don't need slows you down. The main 40L pack holds your complete loadout for extended missions, multi-casualty events, and sustained operations. The detachable 15L front pack carries your immediate-response essentials — tourniquets, hemostatics, chest seals, airway adjuncts — and can be worn independently as a chest rig or grabbed off the main pack for a fast single-patient approach.

Construction is built around CORDURA® 700 denier fabric — one of the most abrasion-resistant technical textiles available — paired with heavy-duty YKK zippers and reinforced load-bearing stitching rated for up to 50 lbs of gear. This is the level of build quality that survives daily operational use, vehicle mounts, rotor wash, rough terrain, and years of hard deployments without failure. The padded back system and ergonomic shoulder straps distribute weight for all-day wear, and the included sternum and waist belt controls keep the pack stable during running, stair climbing, and dynamic movement.

Internally, both packs use multiple compartments, elastic retention loops, and mesh pockets to organize supplies by MARCH priority rather than dumping them into a single cavity. Extensive MOLLE/PALS webbing on the front and sides of both packs allows external attachment of dedicated pouches — TQ carriers, IV kits, trauma shears, drug modules — so your loadout is configurable to your protocol and mission profile.
