The Tasmanian Tiger Medic Assault Pack MK II L is the large-format version of TT's proven medic backpack series — approximately 4 cm (one MOLLE strip) deeper than the medium and standard models. It features laser-cut MOLLE on front and sides (with 2 rows of side MOLLE distinguishing it from smaller variants), an intelligent clear-lid interior divider system, removable padded shoulder straps, and plate carrier conversion capability. Available in Black, Coyote Tan, and Olive Drab. Note: pack does not include medical supplies.

Product Overview
The Tasmanian Tiger Medic Assault Pack MK II L is the newest and largest member of TT's extensively battle-tested medic pack series. The MK II L was developed in response to demand from military medics who needed the same intelligent organization platform as the medium version, but with additional depth to accommodate larger or more comprehensive medical loadouts. The 4 cm added depth translates to meaningfully more internal volume without lengthening or widening the pack's footprint.
The clear-lid interior divider system is one of the MK II series' most valued features — transparent lids allow medics to visually scan contents by compartment without opening each section, accelerating the resupply search under stress. The hook-and-loop back panels allow divider configuration to be adapted as loadouts change. Laser-cut MOLLE on the front and two rows on the side (versus one on smaller models) provide a full external attachment surface for additional pouches, oxygen holders, or tourniquet carry.
The padded shoulder straps are fully removable and stow in a dedicated back pocket — enabling the pack to be worn slick on a plate carrier using the included conversion straps. This versatility makes the MK II L appropriate for both foot patrol medics who need backpack carry and vehicle-based or CQB medics who need vest-mounted pack carry. Rescue blanket attachment points at the base are a thoughtful addition for mass casualty and hypothermia management scenarios.
