Melaleuca Oil is a proven antiseptic, which exhibits local anaesthetic and antiinflammatory properties.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp dir=\"ltr\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eThe Burnaid Dressing consists of a 3mm thick pad of open cell foam impregnated with the Burnaid gel. Furthermore the need to administer narcotics for pain relief can be greatly reduced. The Dressing doesn’t disguise the extent of the burn.
