Product Overview
The High Speed Gear ReFlex™ IFAK Pouch System represents a fundamentally different approach to IFAK organization. Rather than a pouch you open and dig through, the ReFlex uses a two-piece med roll and carrier architecture: supplies are organized on the med roll (which deploys from the carrier for immediate access), and the carrier provides the mounting and transfer interface. This design was developed with direct input from active-duty military medical personnel — it is built around the way trained providers actually use their kits under stress.
The system's intentional organization features put all supplies in easy reach — each item has a designated position on the med roll, so muscle memory developed during training translates directly to operational use. Gloves are accessible via dedicated side slots on the carrier without removing the roll, enabling donning before any other supplies are needed. This sequential access model reduces the chance of contaminating other supplies during a high-stress, potentially contaminated environment.
The HANK™ (High Abrasion-Resistant Neoprene Kevlar® composite) grab handles provide long-term durability at the highest-wear points of the kit. The Mini MOLLE mounting system allows a precise fit on belts as narrow as 1.5" — significantly narrower than most duty belts — as well as standard two-row MOLLE panels. Carry handle and shock cord loops allow the med roll to be attached to a casualty or hung from an I.V. rack during treatment. HSGI backs this with their no-questions-asked lifetime warranty, and it is manufactured in the USA.
