TCCC All-Combatant training is structured around skill stations — discrete, proctored stations where each student demonstrates competency in a specific intervention: tourniquet application, hemostatic wound packing, chest seal placement, needle chest decompression, NPA insertion, splinting, eye shield application, and hypothermia management. Running all eight stations for 25 students simultaneously requires 25 sets of each item across all station types. The set is built around the CoTCCC-recommended MARCH protocol and addresses all five components: 25 blue C-A-T trainer tourniquets and 25 Combat Gauze trainer bandages for Massive hemorrhage; 10 NPAs for Airway; 12 HyFin Chest Seal trainer twin packs and 10 ARS needle decompression kits for Respiration; 25 casualty cards and 25 ETD dressings for Circulation documentation; and one HPMK with Cravats for Hypothermia prevention.
