The Army CLS Resupply Kit is a single, standardized package that meets U.S. Army CLS doctrine requirements and restocks the kit at the unit level. Nineteen components address all three leading causes of preventable combat death: hemorrhage (two C-A-T® tourniquets and hemostatic gauze), tension pneumothorax (ARS® needle decompression and HyFin® chest seals), and airway compromise (28F nasopharyngeal airway with lubricant) — plus hypothermia prevention via Ready-Heat and foil survival blankets. Choose the kaolin Combat Gauze® (85-0197) or chitosan ChitoGauze XR PRO (85-0196) variant; both are CoTCCC-recommended dressings.
