The LXMB10 is Lightning X's most compact first responder bag, engineered to carry the same standard fill kit as the larger LXMB20 in a tighter, lighter platform. Unlike many first-aid bags that rely on buckled flaps — which can pop open during transport or under stress — every compartment on the MB10 closes with a zipper. Supplies stay contained until the moment they're needed.

The storage flap behind the main hold features six elastic tool loops sized for scissors, hemostats, penlights, and other frequently-accessed instruments. The two full-length zippered side pockets provide separate zones for bulkier supplies. Inside the main compartment, customizable foam dividers allow the user to configure the interior layout to their specific loadout and workflow.
