Curaplex OneScope Pro Video Laryngoscope
Indirect video-assisted laryngoscopy with an integrated screen — advanced airway providers only.
What is the Curaplex OneScope Pro Video Laryngoscope? A professional-grade video laryngoscope (SKU 2146-26785P) from Curaplex (Boundtree Medical) that integrates a camera on the blade and displays a real-time feed on an attached screen — enabling indirect video-assisted laryngoscopy for improved visualization during endotracheal intubation. ~2 lbs. Intended for advanced airway providers in EMS, hospital emergency medicine, and critical-care transport. Advanced provider only.
Video laryngoscopy for endotracheal intubation requires advanced airway training, hands-on simulation, and medical-director authorization. This page describes the device and its specifications and is not a substitute for accredited airway training, and is not a procedural how-to.

What It Is
Video laryngoscopy is an important advancement in difficult-airway management, particularly in emergency and prehospital settings. Unlike direct laryngoscopy, which requires a direct line of sight to the vocal cords, video laryngoscopy uses a blade-mounted camera to display a magnified, wide-field view of the laryngeal inlet on an integrated screen. That improves visualization for difficult airways — anterior anatomy, limited neck mobility, blood or secretions, and obesity — where the direct view is limited or impossible.
The OneScope Pro is a professional-grade system for EMS agencies, emergency departments, and critical-care transport programs seeking video-assisted intubation capability. Curaplex is Boundtree Medical's clinical EMS brand, with broad U.S. distribution providing clinical confidence in component quality and supplier reliability.
Prehospital video laryngoscopy must be considered within the CoTCCC framework: CoTCCC does not recommend prehospital RSI, making endotracheal intubation (with or without video assistance) appropriate primarily for TACEVAC-level or highly trained special-operations medical providers. In civilian EMS, video laryngoscopy is increasingly standard for paramedic-level providers with appropriate authorization; the OneScope Pro supports both direct and video-assisted approaches.
Video vs. direct laryngoscopy: evidence in emergency and prehospital medicine shows video laryngoscopy improves first-pass intubation success in difficult airways versus direct laryngoscopy. For providers who perform ETI with medical-director authorization, video laryngoscopy can reduce esophageal-intubation rates and improve outcomes in the subset of patients needing advanced airway intervention.
