Product Overview
The Elite Bags POCKET'S MOLLE Accessory Pouch is a straightforward, high-quality bolt-on capacity upgrade for any MOLLE-equipped EMS bag. Each pouch adds 3.1 liters of accessible zippered storage and attaches tool-free in minutes using standard PALS strapping — no hardware, no modifications to the host bag. The 1000D polyester construction is heavy-duty, washable, and matches the durability of the Elite PARAMED and PARAMED XL bags it is designed to complement.
The expandable side bellows allow the pouch to compress flat when lightly loaded and expand fully when carrying bulkier items — medication bottles, IV starter kits, trauma dressings, or airway adjuncts. The external PALS strapping on the pouch surface allows additional items to be attached externally. Large reflective pull tabs maintain visible, easy-grip zipper access in all lighting conditions and with gloved hands. Each pouch can carry up to 4.0 kg (8.8 lbs) of contents.
