The First Tactical Airway Kit Pouch is a dedicated advanced airway management organizer purpose-built around the realities of paramedic intubation and airway kit staging. Its most notable feature is the individual mesh blade pouches: separate compartments for up to five Miller (straight) blades and five Mac (curved) blades, ensuring that each blade is isolated, protected, contamination-separated, and immediately identifiable by number and type. This organization eliminates the common problem of blade scatter in general-purpose airway pouches where blades are loosely stored together.

The book-style opening with durable two-way YKK zippers exposes the full interior simultaneously, mirroring the muscle-memory opening mechanics that providers develop in training. YKK zippers are the gold standard in zipper reliability — chosen specifically for equipment that must perform under stress without zipper failure or jamming. The oversized pulls allow efficient one-handed, gloved opening at the patient's side without removing gloves or changing hand position.

The Airway Kit Pouch is designed to stage: laryngoscope handle (standard or video), Miller blades sizes 0–4 in dedicated mesh pockets, Mac blades sizes 2–4 in dedicated mesh pockets, Magill forceps (2 units in dedicated holders), endotracheal tubes (sizes 7.0, 7.5, 8.0), LMA or King LT supraglottic airways, NPA set with lubricant, 10 mL cuff syringe, end-tidal CO2 adapter, stylet, and tape/tie-down for securing the tube post-intubation. Standard pediatric airway adjuncts (uncuffed tubes, smaller blades) can be substituted per protocol.
