The Lightning X PB89-SKM is a small-format tactical assault backpack fully pre-stocked with a 43-item trauma and hemorrhage control kit. At 13"×9"×18" and 12 lbs fully loaded, it's designed for rapid deployment in active shooter response, mass casualty events, and high-threat tactical environments where a full-size oxygen bag is not appropriate. MOLLE-compatible throughout with 4 main compartments plus a rear quick-access velcro panel.
