The M-FAK is NAR's answer. At just 6 × 3 × 3″ and 13 oz loaded, it's half the cube size of the T.O.R.K. yet retains the same CoTCCC-capable supply loadout. The clamshell configuration opens from the side via two main sleeves, giving bilateral access to elastic-organized contents. The mounting system supports true dual-mode carry — vertical MOLLE on a vest or plate carrier, or horizontal on a standard 3″ duty belt via an internal sleeve. In horizontal belt mode the M-FAK opens directly to the tourniquet, enabling one-handed C-A-T® access without opening the full kit, and three exterior MOLLE strips let you attach a separate tourniquet holder for even faster primary access.
