Each of the eight throw kits is a complete bleeding-control packet — a C-A-T tourniquet, wound packing gauze, a 4 in. The carrier’s own intervention load rides in the side and front pockets: eight more C-A-Ts, eight rolled ETDs, four chest-seal twin packs, eight wound packing gauze, two pairs of shears, and a QuikLitter Lite for drag extraction.
