Product Overview
Built for ALS providers who need to carry both oxygen delivery equipment and a complete medication/intervention kit, the LXMB60 solves the perennial problem of the ALS oxygen bag: how to carry a D-cylinder without sacrificing organized access to all six color-coded supply pouches. The answer is a removable cylinder sleeve on the main compartment back panel — when the cylinder is deployed, four of the six pouches arrange around it; when no oxygen is needed, all six pouches drop into the main compartment and the cylinder sleeve removes entirely to create a large unobstructed cavity for bulkier equipment.
A purpose-engineered top front pocket opens directly into the main compartment, allowing an ALS provider to access the oxygen regulator and adjust flow rate without opening the main bag — a critical operational advantage during active airway management. The ten zippered compartments and eight elastic sections provide exceptional organization depth, keeping laryngoscopes, suction devices, IV supplies, cardiac monitoring leads, and drug pouches in defined locations. The laser-cut MOLLE loop panel on the front provides a platform for additional IFAK pouches, tourniquets, or tactical accessories.
Weight is distributed by the contoured yoke shoulder strap system and an integrated waist belt — an important feature when carrying a loaded pack that can exceed 20 lbs. The LXMB60 is the designated ALS configuration for MED-TAC International, sold in red for immediate visual identification on scene.
