Product Overview
The MED-TAC Modular ALS Bag is designed specifically for ALS-level EMS agencies that carry portable oxygen as part of their standard equipment. The dedicated side zippered compartment accommodates a standard D-size oxygen cylinder with regulator, allowing easy access to the cylinder without opening the main medical compartment or removing the bag from service. A foam divider sleeve above the cylinder compartment provides additional organization space or can be removed for direct top access to the cylinder.
The main compartment uses removable, fully configurable modular dividers — allowing each agency or individual provider to organize the interior to their own workflow and supply preferences. Four color-coded quick-grab pouches with transparent windows provide instant identification of frequently used items, and the elastic airway loops on the exterior keep NPA, OPA, and other airway adjuncts immediately accessible without digging through the main hold.
Safety and durability features include all-side reflective tape (lime yellow/silver triple trim with leather binding reinforcement), lockable heavy-duty two-way zippers, diamond-embossed PVC/nylon bottom protection extending 3 inches up all sides, and a polyurethane-coated nylon shell resistant to water and mildew. The removable padded ergonomic shoulder strap with steel hooks and reinforced quick-grab handle with rubber grip complete a rugged carry system appropriate for demanding EMS environments.
