Product Overview
The Mojo® Micro Trauma Kit was created by a major metropolitan SWAT team that needed a belt-mounted trauma kit that could be worn during long tactical operations without adding bulk or creating snagging points. The neoprene stretch design conforms to the body and compresses flat against the belt, making it significantly lower-profile than rigid MOLLE-mounted pouches. It is designed for operators who already wear a full IFAK on their kit but want immediate-access trauma supplies on their duty belt for self-aid.
Combat Medical Systems' MARCH™ color-coding system labels each item within the kit with its MARCH protocol category — color and icon identifying which item addresses Massive Hemorrhage, Airway, Respiration, Circulation, or Hypothermia. This reduces cognitive load under stress by enabling tactile and visual confirmation of the correct item without reading labels.
The Kit w/o TQ variant is intended for operators who carry a separate dedicated tourniquet holder and want the Mojo's supply contents without paying for a redundant tourniquet. The Intermediate configuration is the most complete single-pouch option on a 2-inch gun belt.
