The MOJO® Belt Holster Bleeder Kit with TMT™ Tourniquet is Safeguard Medical's ready-to-deploy, belt-mounted hemorrhage control solution. Designed for tactical operators, law enforcement officers, and emergency responders who need immediate access to hemorrhage control tools without the bulk of a full IFAK, the MOJO kit packs the four most essential immediate-threat items — tourniquet, hemostatic gauze, and gloves — into a 3.25" × 6" × 2.5" carrier that mounts directly on a duty belt or MOLLE surface and weighs less than 6 ounces complete.

The TMT™ Tourniquet (Tactical Mechanical Tourniquet) was designed by the U.S. Army for massive extremity hemorrhage control and is used by more than 30 U.S. Army Brigades. At 2" wide, the TMT™ achieves effective arterial occlusion at lower pressures than narrower tourniquet designs, improving patient comfort during extended application while maintaining hemostatic effectiveness. The buckle-and-windlass mechanism operates without an internal strap band, easing slack removal and enabling faster application — a design advantage particularly notable during self-application under stress. The TMT™ accommodates limb circumferences from 5¾" to 38", making it appropriate for pediatric through bariatric limb profiles.

The MOJO® pouch itself is constructed from Berry Amendment–compliant 500D nylon — the same rugged ballistic nylon standard used across U.S. military gear — and features a high-visibility red nylon pull strap that enables single-handed deployment even with gloves or restricted grip. The pouch integrates on any standard 2" duty or utility belt via vertical belt loops and includes MOLLE/PALS compatibility for chest rig or plate carrier attachment. The 5-year shelf life for the complete kit makes it appropriate for vehicles, go-bags, offices, and fixed installation emergency caches where regular rotation isn't feasible.
