It addresses the Massive Hemorrhage phase of MARCH with the essentials: a C-A-T® tourniquet for extremity hemorrhage, a 4″ Flat ETD™ for pressure, and wound-packing gauze. The contents are vacuum-sealed in a rugged, easy-open package marked with NAR's Red Tip Technology® tear notches for fast entry. The kit ships in two configurations — a standard build with NAR® Wound Packing Gauze (no hemostatic agent) and a Combat Gauze build that upgrades to CoTCCC-recommended Combat Gauze® LE for wounds that pressure alone won't control.
