Product Overview
The RIG Series EAGLE IFAK represents NAR's evolution of the classic EAGLE IFAK platform for operators who demand the fastest possible access without sacrificing protection. The key differentiator is the quick-release protective hood with latch — a removable cover that shields the kit contents from debris, moisture, and snagging during patrol or training, yet releases in a single motion under stress. Combined with a one-handed pull-tab and detachable shock-cord inner panel, the RIG Series can be fully deployed and contents accessed in seconds.
The kit comes in three capability tiers. The Basic configuration addresses hemorrhage control and open chest wounds. Adding Combat Gauze® LE elevates the Basic w/Combat Gauze tier to CoTCCC-recommended hemostatic capability. The Advanced configuration adds a 28F nasopharyngeal airway and ARS® needle decompression kit, fully covering the Massive Hemorrhage, Airway, and Respiration phases of MARCH. All tiers include the industry-standard C-A-T® tourniquet and HyFin® Vent Chest Seal Twin Pack.
Mounting is dual-mode: vertical MOLLE attachment via lightweight MOLLE straps and webbing for vest and body armor carry, and horizontal 3-inch duty belt attachment. At 8×4×3 in., the RIG Series offers a taller, narrower profile than the original EAGLE IFAK — well-suited to side-of-vest mounting on plate carriers.
