Product Overview
The OCHO IFAK fills a unique market position in the NAR lineup: a full-capability IFAK that doesn't look like a tactical medical kit. Its rip-stop nylon exterior in Gray/Blue or Gray/Black colorways, combined with a non-tactical accessory bag silhouette, allows plainclothes law enforcement, undercover officers, armed citizens, and off-duty first responders to carry a complete IFAK without advertising its purpose. The zipper-access clam-shell design opens quickly while maintaining the non-tactical appearance when closed.
Despite its discreet exterior, the OCHO carries the same supply quality as NAR's standard tactical IFAKs: C-A-T® tourniquet (CoTCCC-recommended), HyFin® Vent Compact Chest Seal Twin Pack, and Combat Gauze® LE in the w/CG and Advanced configurations. The Advanced configuration adds a 28F NPA and ARS® needle decompression kit for trained providers.
At 7 × 2.25 × 3.25 in. and 13 oz, the OCHO shares the footprint of other NAR compact kits. The 3-inch belt loop attaches to a standard duty or pistol belt. Unlike MOLLE-equipped kits, the OCHO is optimized for belt carry only — making it the right choice for personnel who aren't wearing tactical vests.
