The MB35 with Fill Kit Charlie is Lightning X's mid-tier ALS trauma bag configuration — a step up from the entry-level BLS kits, with advanced airway management and respiratory equipment, but priced more accessibly than the premium Fill Kit F configuration. It carries everything needed for a comprehensive trauma call except oxygen equipment, in a heavily reinforced bag designed to survive years of field abuse.
Charlie's distinguishing additions over lower-tier kits include a complete OPA (Berman Airways) kit with 6 sizes, a 4″×4″ transparent chest seal, hemostatic spray, BVM, cervical collar, nasal cannula tubing (2), non-rebreather masks (2), 4-1/4″×36″ roll splint, and a dedicated adult BP cuff with stethoscope. This supply set bridges BLS and ALS capability, making the Charlie kit particularly suitable for first responders who function at the advanced EMT or paramedic level or who want the most comprehensive possible off-shelf first aid bag.
