Product Overview
The MED-TAC Premium Trauma IFAK is MED-TAC's flagship clinician-assembled kit — stocked with more supplies than the Custom Trauma Kit and specifically optimized for advanced MARCH protocol coverage. Where many pre-assembled IFAKs stop at hemorrhage control and a chest seal, the Premium Trauma IFAK adds a 28FR NPA airway, CPR mask with one-way valve, NAR Burntec burn dressing, alcohol swabs, iodine wipes, and self-adherent gauze — making it suitable for multi-victim care, prolonged field care, and scenarios beyond pure penetrating trauma.
The pouch is the Lightning X LXPB15, a proven quick-access MOLLE platform at 8×6.5×3 in. — larger than the LXPB35 used in the Custom Trauma Kit, providing additional storage capacity for the expanded contents. The quick-access design allows single-motion opening under stress. MOLLE compatibility supports mounting to any standard tactical vest, duty belt, or vehicle medical kit platform.
The Premium IFAK is assembled by MED-TAC's clinical team from genuine manufacturer stock — the NAR C-A-T® is the Official Tourniquet of the U.S. Army, QuikClot® gauze is CoTCCC-recommended, and HyFin® Vent chest seals are the industry standard.
