Every item in the Basic tier is within lay-responder scope after Bleeding Control training. Nothing in this station requires a licensed provider. The QuikLitter is intended for moving a casualty out of a dangerous area to a treatment location, not for definitive spinal packaging.

Choose the semi-recessed cabinet only for owned facilities where the wall can be cut and the location will never be blocked by furniture, displays or equipment. Leased or masonry spaces should use the low-profile surface-mount station.
