The North American Rescue QuikLitter™ is the most widely deployed disposable emergency carry litter in law enforcement, EMS, and military casualty response. Water-resistant, latex-free, and rated to 500 lb (Standard) or 1,000 lb (XL), the QuikLitter™ deploys in seconds from a compact package to enable rapid patient movement in active shooter, mass casualty, and disaster scenarios. The XL adds 12 in. of width, 6 in. of length, 14 handholds, and built-in patient retention straps.

Product Overview
The NAR QuikLitter™ has become the defining standard for disposable casualty carry litters across law enforcement tactical teams, EMS agencies, fire departments, hospitals, schools, and military units worldwide. Its adoption stems from a simple combination of capabilities: it is inexpensive enough to pre-stage throughout large facilities in quantities, deploys in seconds from a compact package, and carries up to 500 lb (Standard) or 1,000 lb (XL) — enough for any adult patient including those in full tactical gear.
The Standard QuikLitter™ weighs just 6 oz and packs flat, making it compatible with response bags, kit pouches, staging kits, and every other storage format used in emergency response. Ten carry handles — four per side and one at each end — allow 2, 4, 6, or 8-person carries depending on team availability. As a disposable litter, it eliminates decontamination burdens: after use, it is left with the receiving care team or disposed of, preventing cross-contamination between patients.
The QuikLitter™ XL adds 12 in. of width and 6 in. of length for larger patients or those with complex injury profiles requiring more litter surface area. Its 14 handholds (6 per side, 1 each end) and two built-in patient retention straps make it the preferred option for longer transport distances, rough terrain carries, and bariatric or obese patients where the standard dimensions create handling challenges.
