The Rescue Task Force Chest Pouch by North American Rescue is a fully stocked tactical medical kit designed to attach to the MKIII RTF Tactical Responder Ballistic Vest. Product Overview
Rescue Task Force medical teams operate in the warm zone — between law enforcement and EMS — where casualties may be multiple and simultaneous. The RTF Chest Pouch is NAR's answer to this demand, designed specifically for the MKIII RTF Tactical Responder Ballistic Vest but usable on any MOLLE/PALS chest platform. The dual-tourniquet configuration addresses the statistical reality that RTF medics routinely encounter bilateral extremity wounds in active shooter and mass casualty scenarios.
The pouch's 500D CORDURA® construction with Near Infrared Signature Reduction and Ghillie-Tex® compatible hardware supports covert and low-observable operations. The trauma shears are exterior-mounted and tethered — accessible without opening the pouch, a critical feature when cutting away clothing from a casualty under fire. The four-piece HyFin® Vent Chest Seal supply (two twin packs) supports two simultaneous penetrating thoracic casualties, each receiving entry and exit seal coverage.
The Luminous MED ID Patch provides passive identification in low-light environments, allowing incoming responders to immediately identify the RTF medic.
