Product Overview
The HSGI ReVive™ Medical Pouch is a competition-ready individual first aid carrier that also functions as a serious tactical medical pouch. The patent-pending RipCord™ system is its core innovation: pulling the HANK™ tab deploys the inner elastic RipCord organizer in a single motion, keeping all supplies together in a self-contained harness rather than dumping them loose. This prevents users from fumbling for individual items or accidentally losing supplies on the ground — a real concern in chaotic casualty treatment environments.
The ReVive is purpose-built for treating gunshot wounds. At a minimum, it is designed to fit a chest seal, 4" trauma dressing, combat gauze, trauma shears, and two pairs of nitrile gloves — exactly the core supplies needed for hemorrhage and chest wound management. The external glove pockets allow gloves to be donned before the main pouch is opened, supporting proper sequencing in contaminated environments. The rear scissors slot keeps trauma shears immediately accessible and out of the way of the main contents.
The Mini MOLLE mounting system provides fit precision on belts from 1.5" to 3" in half-inch increments — covering everyday carry belts through heavy-duty duty belts — as well as standard two-row MOLLE panels. The adjustable cinch closure on the main compartment opening controls the pouch profile when less than fully packed, preventing the contents from shifting. HSGI Clips are included. Made in the USA and backed by HSGI's no-questions-asked lifetime warranty.
