The Rig Series EAGLE IFAK Pouch is NAR's premium individual first aid platform — a redesigned and upgraded version of the classic EAGLE IFAK Bag that adds a protective hood, enhanced zippers, and a refined attachment system for operators who demand the highest level of medical carry performance. It maintains the same compact 8" × 4" × 3" footprint as the standard EAGLE but adds meaningful protection and access upgrades.
The protective hood is the Rig Series' most distinctive feature. It keeps medical contents protected from environmental debris, moisture, and accidental snagging while serving as a visual identifier via its sewn-in embroidered medical cross. The quick latch release on the hood deploys in one hand, and 550 cord zipper pulls extend operation capability for gloved hands at extreme temperatures. The design was developed based on field feedback emphasizing content protection in dynamic operational environments.
The detachable hook-and-loop backed shock-cord inner panel adjusts to accommodate different internal supply configurations and removes as a complete unit for rapid treatment surface deployment. Both MOLLE/PALS vertical vest attachment and 3" horizontal belt loop mounting are included on the same platform, consistent across the NAR EAGLE line.
