The Bionic-Finish® treatment integrated into the fabric repels water, stains, dirt, and moisture without the stiff feel of heavy topcoat treatments. This allows the shirt to maintain its appearance and function through patrol duty in rain, dust, and mud—conditions that would quickly degrade a standard cotton or polyester uniform. The fade-resistant rip-stop fabric ensures that color and pattern integrity is maintained through repeated washing and UV exposure—important for maintaining professional appearance in camouflage patterns like Multicam® or Kryptek® that lose definition when colors fade unevenly.

The 6″ × 7″ vertical sleeve pockets with Velcro® closures are a key tactical feature—providing storage for a notepad, tactical pen, small medical supplies, or other mission-essential items that benefit from arm-level access. The front chest pockets accommodate documents, radio accessories, or larger flat items. The YKK® frontal zipper provides reliable closure performance that won't fail during physical activity.
